This is simply fantastic! I very much enjoy the size as it fits perfectly on my stove. I am able to quickly cook just about anything from breakfast to steak dinners?and it fits in my toaster oven for post-sear roasting.

Perfect grilling pan for great sere on burgers and steaks

The griddle works fine but it is a bit small and I do not like these handles.

This griddle is the perfect size for us. The first item I made was a quesadilla. I melted butter first and it did not stick! Very nice for fajita veggies on the grill. I love this piece.

Smaller than I thought but wonderful results. Nice quick browning without high heat. Wish it came in a 2-burner size.

Great for fish

I wanted this to sear and then finish in the oven. The size is perfect but oil gets stuck on the sides and is very hard to clean off.

Very useful when cooking for 1-2 people; one uses less energy and ingredients while achieving the full result.

I started my granddaughter?s LeCrueset collection when she married last year. The latest addition was this small griddle, the perfect size when not entertaining or cooking only a small amount. She chose a colorful collection so now I always look for the newest color or colors!
