The ability to control the temperature and customize the drink for my wife and I is a game changer. We have used Nespresso for years, I wish I made this change long ago. So much better quality espresso and it is LESS expensive in the end.

I used to have a super automatic coffee maker by Jura and this is better by far. Cleaning and maintenance is a breeze. It does take trial and error to get the espresso settings to your liking, but totally worth the effort.

Have owned this machine for a couple of years now and it has never missed a beat. Simple to use. Once you get 'your' settings right e.g. grind, temp and shot pour length etc you become disappointed with cafe purchased coffee. Only drawback is the manual steam wand angle...it is not conducive to good milk texturing. But, I guess that's primarily why it is almost fully automated so it does it for you. Upside - you don't have to be by the machine the whole process so you can do other things while it is doing its job

The unit has functioned as promised and we just needed to try a few various settings to help establish the product like we would like to drink it. No issues with the functionality and the process is pretty smooth.

I bought this machine because I was spending $100 a week (fam of 5) at Starbucks. Since buying this about 6 months ago we have made over 750 Mocha's saving us $3200 over Starbucks. That is because now we drink more then one a day and have fun making them too! The only thing I have had to do it change a filter every so often keep it clean. It's worth every penny if you buy one!!!!

I'm not a person to ever write reviews, but I absolutely love this machine. I bought it for my husband for xmas, best present ever.
I had a fully automatic Delonghi that never made a decent coffee, and he would never use, [ too much effort ] so after a trip to DJ's
and Harvey Norman decided on this machine. GREAT CHOICE !!!! Love it to bits . The milk is perfectly textured and hot with no effort
every time , after a bit of tweaking in the beginning with grinding and amounts etc got it right and it makes the perfect coffee. LOVE IT !!!

Well thought out, easy to use Espresso machine. Touch screen is a dream. Make a Latte in less 3 minutes that rivals your favorite coffee shop.
