after reading a few reviews that are bashing on the product i have to say for me the grill performed flawlessly, it is smokeless i have made rib eye steak countless of time on it cause i love it and made skirt steak one time, and yes the grease do tend to stick on the glass but i took care of that with heavy degreaser used in restaurants, i have nothin bad to say about this product. P.S. majority of the times i used in winter time while have guests at home
I like it at first, I was proud of my smokeless grill but after few use and was time to clean it, the name Philips and the other prints came off easily with just water and paper towel, its like they use dry erase pen. It doesnt look the expensive Philips anymore and dial control got erase as well. If someone will use my smokeless grill will not not know if its on, off or on warmer mode.
This grill is so amazing!! My friend has one and so I went out and got one and so glad I did!! So easy to use and clean up is a breeze!! Grilled steak turned out so well and healthier than going out to eat!! We also made the grilled peaches in the recipe book which was a big hit at our house!!
I use this product almost everyday. Chicken, Tri tip, and Hamburgers cook perfectly on this. The top part of the grill and residue catcher on the botttom both come off and can be put into the dishwasher for a quick clean. Highly recommended product.

The smokeless grill is awesome! We have been using the rotisserie attachment to make the most moist and delicious roast chicken. Unlike our other grill, it does not set off the smoke detector and is easy to clean up.
It is too difficult to clean after only cooking a few pieces of meat or poultry on this grill. The juices from the meat sprayed out all over the pan and it has to be cleaned on four sides and the bottom drip tray. Its too much trouble for some body that wants to get in cook something quick and get out.
I recommend the indoor grill to anyone who wants barbecue taste without the hassle of dealing with an outdoor grill (propane, lousy weather, and so on)
The grill heat up pretty quick , like the fact that no smoke , that is the main reason we purchase it , but after first batch , it take Moreno than 30 minutes to heat up again , so it is not functional , hope there is a button we can turn it on again
This little unit is pretty cool. However, it does have pros and cons. First time I used it, I was aware that I would not be able to cook everything on the menu at once, which was no big deal, as I had planned accordingly. The menu consisted of petite ribeyes, corn on the cob, bell peppers and pineapple for three. I grilled the pineapple and peppers first then the corn on the cob and just wrapped everything (as I went) in aluminum foil to keep warm. With hesitation I cooked the ribeyes. Ribeyes are not a lean cut of meat and so again, I planned accordingly and opened my window and turned on my microwave/ceiling fan because despite the fact it says smokeless - I knew better. Yes, it did smoke, but not as much as I thought it would. After everything was done we ate. The ribeyes were really good! Nicely seared and juicy inside. The pineapple was amazing! The peppers once done, I did add a splash of balsamic vinegar and rosemary and they too were yummy! The corn was a little disappointing - it was just really dry, but that could of been my fault for cooking to long maybe!? Pros - it was nice being able to make everything in one spot rather than having to run in and out to the outdoor grill! Everything was cooked in less time and overall was tasty. Clean up was also very easy! Cons - grill plate is small, but its an indoor grill and yes, it does smoke, but I know that is due to the cut of meat I used because it hasnt done it with other stuff such as chicken. It also gets very hot. Would I recommend this? I think it would depend on the persons cooking style. I have used a few times and have liked it so far.
This grill is smokeless as advertised and does a good job grilling. Obviously it will not be as good as a charcoal grill, but for those of us who do not have the luxury of a charcoal grill, it does a good job without any smoke. Easy to clean too. We grilled lobster tails and shrimp on it, and they were very good. Turkey burgers and salmon fillets likewise grilled very nicely.
Loved the grill, we cooked while we ate. We celebrated Cinco de Mayo dinner using our new grill. Had flank steak strips, pineapple, jalapenos, all on at the same time and everything was perfectly cooked and amazing. We cooked as we ate, so much fun. Easy to clean.
One of my better purchases. I am a recent widow and my husband liked to grill outdoors. But for one person way to much trouble. This is great. Very easy to clean up and parts that get greasy go in dishwasher after a little soaking in hot soapy water. As advertised very little smoke. You have room for veggies next to steak or chicken. Worth the money. Only con would be storage space.
As a retired couple firing up the family barbeque for a quick dinner for two is a hassle but this allows us to enjoy grilled meats and veggies quickly and easily. Clean up is easy too!!!
I have grilled steak, chicken, burgers - it tasted as good as any outdoor grille. All these years I have not been impressed with those grilles that you shut down like a panini grille - I have owned three different ones. Don't hesitate to buy. This is a great addition to our kitchen. We use it for midweek quick dinners, and as an additional grill when entertaining guests. Its seen grilling-duty in our kitchen and on outside on the deck for summer parties. Everything works as advertised: No cooking-smoke, quick and tasty grilling, and easy cleanup; just make sure you clean the inside walls after every use. I usually pre-heat the grill for about 10-12 minutes to make the food sizzle on contact, this helps sear the meat. Perfect for chops, skewered meat and veggies, etc.
